The box comes with 12 compresses in individual sachets, simply wash your hands and nipples with lukewarm water and gently wipe dry. Then tear open the sachet, unfold the Multi Mam compress and place the gel-impregnated side on the sore nipple. You can leave Multi Mam on for as long as needed, but for at least five minutes. Then twice a day until discomfort is relieved. The compress creates an optimal skin condition, supports the natural healing process and stimulates the repair mechanism of damaged nipples. Plus, it contains a Bio-Active gel content that blocks the development of harmful microorganisms and thus prevents infection.
Any excess gel from the compress does not need to be removed prior to breastfeeding, as the formulation is safe for your baby.
