Can each gift be sent to me rather than waiting until the nominated delivery date?
Yes, not a problem. Please let us know that this is your preference by contacting us here. This is important as otherwise we will be working to the original date. Please note that the free shipping code that we provided is only valid for when all gifts are sent collectively, not individually.
Can I return an item that I get gifted if I don't like it?
Of course. All purchases (some exclusions apply) are part of our free returns for loyalty members. Just follow the return process.
When is the best time to set up my Gift Registry?
We recommend sending your Gift Registry to your friends and family 4-6 weeks prior to the date you'd like to receive everything. It's always a good idea to send a confirmation reminder to your friends and family the week before, as we all know those people who love a last minute shop!
Can someone help me navigate what I should select for my Gift Registry?

Can I add or delete items from my Gift Registry?
Yes, you can make as many changes as you wish and your Gift Registry page will update.

How are gifts wrapped and delivered?
Gifts are delivered on the date nominated by you, the Registrant, unless otherwise communicated via email. We wrap the gifts in sustainably made tissue and attach a greeting card with the gift givers message.
How do I know who gave me what?
After we post your gifts to you, log into your Gift Registry Account and in the menu, select Gift Tracker which will give you an overview of gifts and gift givers. You can use this list to write your thank you cards easily, which have been included in your delivery free of charge.
When will my gifts be delivered?
the memo uses the nominated date that you have selected as the date we will aim to have all gifts delivered to you by. We always do our absolute best to meet this date but due to the freight network, some delays do occur. Our team will share with you a tracking number via email when we dispatch your gifts.
When will I be allocated the loyalty points from the gift purchases?
When the memo sends your registry gifts to you, we will share an email with the tracking number of the gifts, along with a summary of who gifted you what. We will also include the number of points we have added to your loyalty account. If you are not yet a member of my memo, you can sign up here and once this is activated, the memo will be able to allocate the points accordingly.
Can friends still purchase gifts after the event date?
Yes, friends and family still can make purchases after the nominated date for two weeks. Any orders placed after we have sent the bulk gifts will be automatically sent as we receive them.
When will I receive my Post-Purchase Registry Discount Code?
After you have received your Gift Registry Bundle and have the time to go through all your gifts, The Memo will send you an email with your unique 15% discount code that can be used on all items (*) that remain in your Registry. The easiest way to shop this list is to add the items you would like directly to cart from Manage Registry in your account.
* Please note that this code excludes The Happiest Baby SNOO Smart Sleeper and Gift Cards and is not able to be used by your friends and family as it’s linked to your account. At least 1 item must have been purchased from your registry by a guest in order for you to be eligible to receive this discount.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners, PayPal and Afterpay.
Will my gift be wrapped?
As part of our environmental commitment we use recycled tissue to wrap gifts and attach free greeting cards to each gift. Some items that are larger may not be able to be wrapped due to their size.
The shipping address is not defaulting to the gift registrants home address?
When paying via Paypal Express of ShopPay at checkout, often the address will default to your own personal address, not the registrants. Rest assured we will know that the order is connected to the registry and will send to the correct address.
I've forgotten to leave a gift message, can I add one?

I've placed an order from a Gift Registry but haven't received it yet
Gifts from a registry are consolidated and sent directly to the Registrant on the nominated date they have requested, along with your gift note. If you have missed writing a message, please contact us here and we can arrange this.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we are not in the position to ship your registry items overseas at this time.
Can you purchase from a gift registry if I live overseas?
Yes! Super easy, your billing address will be your abroad home address but the shipping address will be your friends.
