Try Our All-Trimesters Pregnancy Yoga with Amy Carmody

Yoga during pregnancy can be an incredible tool to create connection with not only yourself but also this little person inside of you. Although an exciting time, pregnancy can induce a lot of anxiety and a sense of unknown, the practice of yoga is an opportunity to decrease feelings of worry and really nourish your emotions to anchor back into the parasympathetic nervous system (rest + digest) as often as possible. Use this all trimesters appropriate yoga flow at any time throughout your pregnancy to move your body, calm your mind and establish a deep connection to yourself & your baby.

You will need: 2 x blocks or a pillow


Users must receive clearance from their obstetrician and their general practitioner prior to commencing practice with Amy Carmody Yoga.
