WHICH SERVICE IS RIGHT FOR ME?

It depends on where you are in your parenting journey. Request a call back and our Customer Experience team can help you.

What if I can’t make it into one of The Memo stores for a service?

We offer a Virtual In-Store service, which one of our store team members will host via Zoom. Once you book, you will be sent a Zoom link in your confirmation email.

Can I cancel my appointment?

We get it, life happens. If you can’t make your appointment time, you can cancel or reschedule in the link provided in your confirmation email. We do ask for 6 hrs notice if you need to cancel.

What do I need for my Car Seat Installation service?

Make sure your car is clear and easily accessible for our team to install the Car Seat/Capsule, safely and correctly. 

Bring your Seat protector if you have one and of course your Car Seat/Capsule.

If you’re getting a rearward facing seat (from 0 but not a capsule) you will need to to bring two bath towels as it may be required during installations.

Make sure you arrive in the car you wish to have your Car Seat installed in.

Can I use my phone for my Virtual In-Store appointment?

We recommend using a laptop or desktop computer, that way we can share our screen and easily show you the products we recommend and how to navigate the site.
