We offer multiple methods of shipping in Australia. Please see the table below for further details that reflect the delivery timings of Australia Post and Couriers Please.

- Deliveries to capital cities typically take 2–4 business days with standard shipping and 1–2 business days with express shipping.

- Deliveries to metro and major cities typically take 2–5 business days with standard shipping and 1–3 business days with express shipping.

- Deliveries to regional areas typically take 3–7 business days with standard shipping and 1–4 business days with express shipping.

Online Exclusives:

Items by Sacred Bundle, Nuage, Linden Cook, Possum Play, Staplestein, Flexa, Roomi and me, Tiny Trove, Mosey Me, Saint Valentine, Warren Hill, First Thing, Banwood, Studio Beije, Rolenn Studio, Double Rugs, Mini Motif personalised blankets, Little Luxury, Moover will be dispatched by our brand partner's warehouse directly. Typically, these orders are fulfilled within 2-3 business days.

Prams Delivery:

Australia-wide delivery is offered at a flat rate of $20, remote locations from $30. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Strollers/Travel Prams Delivery:

Australia-wide delivery is offered at a flat rate of $15. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Car Seats Delivery:

Australia-wide delivery is offered at a flat rate of $20, remote locations from $30. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

SNOO Smart Sleeper Delivery:

Flat-rate delivery $60 and $100 to remote addresses in Australia. Delivery calculated at checkout.

3 HOUR DELIVERY

If you need an order super fast and live in an eligible postcode (approx 50 kms of one of our stores), we offer 3 Hour Courier Delivery, powered by Rendr. 

Delivery timeframe: the 3-hour window begins once your local store is open and able to fulfil your order. For orders placed after the cut off time of 1pm AEST, your delivery will be scheduled for collection from the following day from 10am onwards (excluding public holidays).

Delivery fees: start from $15, calculated at checkout. If your postcode is eligible for 3 Hour Delivery, the option will appear at checkout with a delivery price based on your location. Signature is required upon delivery, so please ensure you are available to accept.

BULKY GOODS

Bulky goods mean big items that due to their size and weight, require specialised delivery services. They include Cots, Mattresses, Bassinets, Nursery Furniture, Rugs and Mirrors.

Bulky goods delivery fees: approximate delivery rates are calculated at checkout based on your postcode. They require a physical address and cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Should there be a discrepancy in the approximate rate applied to your cart at checkout and the actual rate required for freight forwarding to your address, our team will be in contact to discuss finalising payment. Bulky goods are excluded from free delivery fees, any promotional free shipping offers, and free returns.

AUSTRALIA POST CALLING CARDS UPDATE

From 26 June, parcel receivers who have registered with MyPost will be updated about their parcel with digital notifications*.

If you're not at home, Australia Post will notify you via the AusPost app, email, or SMS*. If your parcel has not been successfully matched to your MyPost account, Australia Post will leave a card. You can find more information here.

SPECIFICS ON DELIVERY GUIDLINES

We offer multiple methods of delivery in Australia.

Orders received before 12pm AEST, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and promotion periods) will be dispatched from our warehouse that day.

We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery time frames provided to you at all times however we do not guarantee delivery at a specific day or time. Please note that delivery times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, due to wild weather, or due to other courier delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond the memo’s reasonable control.

If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out the next business day (Monday – Friday). 

Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled.

TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched from The Memo, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)

To ensure the security of your order a driver will always attempt to gain a signature when a delivery is made unless you have selected 'authority to leave'.

If you select ‘authority to leave’, you understand and agree that this gives us and/or our couriers permission to leave your order in question unattended in a safe place at the delivery address without obtaining a signature confirming delivery at the delivery location. This may be by the front door, at the reception or concierge's desk, or as per your instructions.

In these circumstances, you understand and agree that by granting us authority to leave, we and our couriers are released of all responsibility and liability for the orders delivered and left unattended, and that this responsibility and liability transfer to you on delivery.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.
