How do I join The Feel Good Club?
I receive emails from The Memo, am I a member?
Yes. By subscribing to receive emails from The Memo you are agreeing to join The Feel Good Club.
If you’re shopping online, some perks will only be available upon logging in. Creating an account will also allow you to see your available perks, track your spend as you move through the tiers and view your order history.
If you signed up in store or are yet to set a password for your online account, you can complete your account setup here.

How is my tier status calculated?
Program tier status is based solely on your spend over the 12 month period to date, using the email address registered with your The Feel Good Club account.
Upon reaching the next tier spend threshold, you will enter the new tier and retain the tier status for 12 months.
Upon return of an item, the spend amount applied to the program tier status for the original purchase will be deducted from your account and tier status may be adjusted accordingly.
The purchase of a the memo gift card will be applied to Tier earnings. The amount of a purchase made with a the memo gift card as method of payment will not be applied to Tier earnings.

Do I need to be a The Feel Good Club member to create a Gift Registry?
Yes, to use our Gift Registry service you will first need to create your The Feel Good Club account online and set a password.
I forgot to use my voucher code. Can my voucher discount be applied after I have placed my order?
Voucher codes cannot be applied to pre-existing orders.
My voucher code is not working
Ensure the products in your cart are not excluded from the voucher T&Cs, and there are no other offers or discounts applying to items in your cart.

Whoops I created two accounts, can these be merged?
Loyalty status can only be accumulated through 1 email account, so please ensure you place orders on your preferred The Feel Good Club account to enjoy all the perks of being a member and have your orders recorded in one place. Purchases via separate email accounts are not able to be merged.
I signed up in one of your boutiques, can I enjoy my loyalty perks online?
Yes you can!

Will my past orders count towards my loyalty tier status?
Yes, they will. Your loyalty tier will be determined based on how much you’ve spent in total at The Memo over the last 12 months.
You will earn points on any orders placed after the launch of our updated loyalty program on October 8, 2024.
How do I earn points?
You’ll earn loyalty points on each purchase you make from October 8, 2024 onwards. Please note a purchase made with a the memo gift card as method of payment is not eligible to earn points.
Points will be automatically added to your account as you spend. There are also opportunities to earn bonus points by reaching a new loyalty tier, writing reviews and referring friends.
How can I track my loyalty points balance?
Loyalty points are automatically added to your account as you spend. You can track the points you have accumulated as well as your loyalty tier status by logging into your account here.
How do I redeem my loyalty points?
To redeem your points online, make sure you are logged into your The Feel Good Club account. If you have enough points to redeem on your purchase, you’ll be given the option to redeem your points on your order at checkout.
To redeem points in store, share the email address linked to your The Feel Good Club account with a staff member at the register. If you have enough points, you’ll be given the option to redeem them on your purchase.
You can start redeeming your points once you have reached 200 points. There is a minimum spend of $100 required to redeem your points discount.
I have points to redeem, why can't I see them at checkout?
To access your points, you’ll need to be logged into your The Feel Good Club account.
If you’re logged in and still not seeing the points drop down at the checkout, make sure you have ‘cookies’ enabled in your browser settings. If these are not enabled, unfortunately your purchases aren’t trackable and therefore your points can’t be allocated to your order.
How long do I have to use my points?
Points will remain on your The Feel Good Club account for 12 months from the date you earn them.
Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a purchase?
Yes, and if you are eligible for a full refund, both cash and points will be refunded.
How does refer a friend work?
Members are able to refer a friend who is a first-time customer on the site only. Referrals will not work if the referred friend has previously shopped with us.
Can my friends use my referral code in one of your boutiques?
Your friend can use their referral discount code in our boutiques, however we will not be able to trace this order back to you, so you will not receive your points reward.
I've referred a friend but haven't received any points for it. What's happened?
Thank you for sharing The Memo with your friend!
To receive friend referral rewards, your friend must be a first-time customer to The Memo and shop online at thememo.com.au. The referral must be initiated through our rewards referral box on your personal rewards page or using your unique referral link also found there.
Points will be added to your account as soon as your friend completes their first purchase on thememo.com.au.
When this happens, you will receive an email alerting you that one of your referrals made a purchase using your code and that a reward has been added to your account. You can check your Rewards History to see a list of any points that you have received for referrals.
