ORDERS

Placing an order with the memo online is fast, easy and secure.

Orders are delivered via Australia Post eParcel or Startrack Express. Please see our delivery details page for further information on dispatch times in your area for each delivery method.

To ensure secure delivery, we recommend all parcels be signed for upon receipt. If you will not be at home during delivery hours, please choose an address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. Alternatively, you can select ‘Authority to Leave’ at the checkout and your parcel will be left at the delivery address.

CHANGES TO ORDERS

Once you’ve placed your order, it joins a queue for immediate processing and fast despatch. We are therefore unable to make any changes, additions or amendments to orders.

If your order has already been processed and you wish to return an item please contact our editors at hello@thememo.com.au and we will work to find a solution for you.

PRE-ORDERS

From time to time, we offer pre-order items. This means we have guaranteed stock on its way from our supplier and allows customers to secure one of these sought after items.

As the item is not currently in stock, you will need to read the item description carefully to decide if you can wait for the expected arrival date.

This date is an expected delivery date given to us by the supplier. We cannot accept responsibility for delays out of our control.

Any other items that you order together with a pre-order item will be held until all pre-order items in your order arrive. Should you need the other items sooner, please make a separate order. If you have already made the purchase, please email us at hello@thememo.com.au.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

We aim to always be in stock of our edit, but from time to time we may sell out. To be notified when the product is coming back, simply go to the product page and select ‘let me know when it’s here’ and enter your email address. If you have any queries on locating a specific item please email our editors at hello@thememo.com.au and we will endeavour to find the item for you.

PACKAGING, GIFT WRAPPING AND CARDS

We are committed to delivering a sustainable online shopping experience and offer only eco conscious packaging.

Our orders are wrapped in tissue made of recycled and recyclable materials.

If your order is a gift, you have the option to write a personalised gift message. Simply type your message in the Gift Message field and we will write a gift card to the recipient. To cut down on unnecessary paper usage, we won’t print your receipt and include it in your order. We will email you a copy of your order confirmation, so you have this as a record of purchase.
