Baby CPR and Introducing Solids Masterclass with Rhythm First Aid

Join Nicole Gleeson from Rhythm First Aid for a practical first aid session. She’ll cover essential lifesaving skills including CPR and how to recognise and manage different types of choking giving you confidence to respond.

She’ll also dive into introducing solids with helpful tips to make the process safer and less stressful, along with guidance on ways to help reduce the risk of your baby developing a food allergy.
