Yoga for the 3rd trimester with Amy Carmody

The third trimester is a time we experience big growth spurts again and so it's common to feel some of those first trimester symptoms return, especially fatigue. This is a great chance for us to prioritise a down regulation of our pelvic floor, yes of course a strong pelvic floor is important, but it also needs to soften, relax and widen, regardless of whether you're having a vaginal or cesarean birth. Our ribs, neck and shoulders are getting pushed to the limits at this point, as is the lower back & sciatic pain so let's utilise this class to get as comfortable as possible!

You will need: A chair, pillow, a soft ball and theraband
