Yoga for the 1st trimester with Amy Carmody

Extreme fatigue, nausea, light-headedness and a strong lack of motivation are all very common reasons we find ourselves struggling to move our bodies during trimester 1. Give yourself a lot of grace & on the days where you do have the energy to muster up a little movement try this yoga strength inspired class. During trimester 1 we can usually move very similarly & continue building or attaining our core strength, training our postural muscles and prioritise glute work to support our changing pelvis & spine throughout pregnancy.

You will need: A pillow, a soft ball & 2 x yoga blocks.
