To use, warm between the hands and gently massage each breast in rhythmic circular motions. Apply long upward strokes between the lower breast and the axillary lymph nodes. To use, gently swirl, activating herbal infusion.
Warm a desired amount of oil into the palms of the hands and gently massage each breast in rhythmic circular motions. Apply long upward strokes between the lower breast and the axillary lymph nodes.
Gentle hand expression is encouraged to drain excess milk, alleviating tenderness and engorgement.
For optimal breast and lactation health, perform 30 minutes or more of self-massage daily.
