How to manage undersupply

Undersupply is a common problem many women experience when establishing breastfeeding. This could be due to many factors including your hormonal history, birth and whether your breasts grew during pregnancy. IBCLC Joelleen Winduss Paye from JWP encourages you to check the latch of your baby and also try solutions like supplements, nutrition and medication. You can also use the Lactamo Ball. For a few minutes before a feed (or pump), roll your heated Lactamo over the surface of the breast, always massaging towards the nipple. It will boost blood flow and encourage the let-down reflex.
