It contains Methyl Folate Calcium (Methylated Folate) a form of folate which can be absorbed by everyone, and is also great for your baby, their brain and spine whilst growing in your belly. During labour, Hydramama works beautifully as an alternative to promote energy, then after birth, its dose of Vitamin C can aid postpartum recovery. For any situation, electrolytes are out in force, helping you stay hydrated to the optimal level. The Hydramama Electrolyte Mineral Salts Blend contains Magnesium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Mono Potassium Phosphate and Sodium Citrate.

Super handy packets, great for on the go. The taste is quite mild - similar to that of a hydralyte but better flavour profile. I tried the sample pack first and this was my favourite flavour.

Loving one or two of these each day - truly helping to quench that pregnancy thirst. Also a nice option when I feel like something aside from water but sans sugar. Highly recommend!
