They hold up to 30ml of breastmilk (so think 8 hours of leak-proof protection). Moulded to contour your curves, anti-slip exterior that clings to your bra, the pads come with an antibacterial inner layer, and like all Bare Mum products, these are midwife and lactation approved. They are reusable and washable, so therefore kind on mother earth.
