Warranty Period
Your Joolz Pram/Stroller is covered by a lifetime warranty, however you must register the pram/stroller with Joolz within 6 months of original purchase for the warranty to be valid. If you choose to not register the pram/stroller, a standard 24 month warranty will apply.

Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim and the warranty is only extended to the original purchaser. 

Warranty does not cover: 

• Normal wear and tear
• Corrosion or rust

• Accidental or intentional damage, abuse or neglect
• Commercial use
• Improper storage/care of the unit
