Fantastic practical guide

Can't recommend this enough, it's the one book the actually covers all three things that no-one else warns you about! I purchased for myself, read it cover to cover in the final weeks of pregnancy and find it so helpful to set expectations with myself and my partner. An currently rereading 5 weeks post partum, and getting alot of use out of the recipes section at the back.

The best of the best

If you are only going to get one book for new parent life make it this one!! Literally everything you need in one book, easy to understand information, nutritious recipes and just so beautifully designed.
