Then tear open the sachet, unfold the Multi Mam Nipple Compress and place the gel-impregnated side on the sore nipple. You can leave Multi Mam on for as long as needed, but for at least five minutes. Then twice a day until discomfort is relieved. The compress creates an optimal skin condition, supports the natural healing process and stimulates the repair mechanism of damaged nipples. Plus, it contains a Bio-Active gel content that blocks the development of harmful microorganisms and thus prevents infection.
