WHY IT'S GREAT

No, you don't have to put frozen condom in your undies (seriously, that's what the hospital used to give out), Peri Soother is a much better option. Designed to assist in easing the discomfort and pain in the perineal area associated with late pregnancy and birth. Use heated before perineal massage and in labour to relax muscles and help the surrounding tissue stretch, essentially preparing the perineal area for delivery. After birth, use it frozen to soothe swelling and inflammation after birth on your perineum or across your C-section incision.

Always test temperature before use. TGA approved.

Care Store at room temperature out of direct sunlight. Wash with mild soap and water. Pat dry with a towel.

HOW TO USE

Once heated or frozen, slide the strip into the fabric slip for extra comfort and place inside your underwear. Layer under a pad or Peri Wipes for complete postpartum care.

HEAT THERAPY INSTRUCTIONS

Place gel pad in the microwave for the time indicated below. Do not microwave for more than 20 seconds in total. Always test temperature with your hand prior to use. Run fingertips over gel pad to disperse any hot spots and ensure even distribution of gel within the pad. Use for a maximum period of 15 minutes.

700 watts: 15 seconds

1000 watts: 13 seconds

1250 watts: 10 seconds

COLD THERAPY INSTRUCTIONS

Freeze for 2 hours or submerge in icy water until desired temperature is reached. Use for a maximum period of 15 minutes.
