Safety Made with postpartum bodies in mind, these bath salts are safe for use in pregnancy and after birth.

Key Ingredients Witch Hazel:
A natural antiseptic with anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties. Studies show that topically-applied witch hazel can effectively reduce inflammation and help soothe skin.

Magnesium Chloride:
When applied topically is used to help relieve muscle soreness without affecting your magnesium levels.

In the weeks after birth, add a handful into a sitz bath or several into a bathtub and soak your sore body for at least 10 minutes. Add to your Peri Spritz Perineal Wash Bottle for extra comfort.
