If you’re loving your Youha The One Express Cups and using them regularly, their parts will need to be replaced to maintain their effectiveness, as there will be some wear and tear. It’s recommended that if you’re pumping a few times a day, replace your valves every 2-4 weeks. If you’re pumping daily, replace your valves every 2 months.
