Bare Mum’s incredibly considered Reusable Warm and Cool Insert has been carefully created to aid your postpartum recovery through soothing heat and/or cooling relief to sore and sensitive skin around a C-section and perineum. It’s reusable and depending on your needs can be used in two ways: cool in your freezer or icy water to provide relief from inflammation and irritation, or warm in your microwave or submerge in warm water, to provide relief from cramping and pain.
