It is packed full of 100% pure wholefood vitamins and minerals, Traditional Chinese medicine herbs, plant protein and super greens, plus superfoods traditionally used to support longer-lasting energy, mood, hormone regulation, sleep, immunity and a healthy milk supply. Formulated using Ancient Wisdom and Evidence Based Nutrition to nourish Qi (vital energy) and blood, assist stress and fatigue as well as provide up to 100% of the RDI for key nutrients including B and C vitamins, iron, zinc, calcium and magnesium.
