Suggested Use:

Drink Post Birth Vitality daily hot or cold.  We like drinking warm like a chai latte. Simply mix 10g (2 heaped scoops) with water to make a paste before adding your milk of choice. We recommend mums drink with dairy free milk as tiny humans can have delicate tummies.
