How To

Suggested Use:

Drink Post Birth Vitality daily hot or cold. We like drinking warm like a chai latte. Simply mix 10g (2 heaped scoops) with water to make a paste before adding your milk of choice. We recommend mums drink with dairy free milk as tiny humans can have delicate tummies. For optimal results, drink the full dose daily of Post Birth Vitality and double the dose on those days which are feeling particularly hard.
