Tried both flavours, this one was my fave but both were good. Tasty and encourages me to drink more water and keep up with the hydration demands of pregnancy. I find the one teaspoon: 750ml water a bit strong so just put that in a 1L bottle - a little goes a long way. Big fan.
This was a must in my hospital bag and kept be hydrated through labour. Now 4 weeks post partum I can’t get enough of this powder. Quenches my thirst without all the nasties.
I always forget to drink enough water. This powder is sugar free and adds a bit of variety to drinking plain water. Will be repurchasing - very handy for last months of pregnancy and breastfeeding.
