Personally, didn’t like the taste and was a lot of money to spend on something I didn’t like. I can tolerate if it’s quite diluted but it’s a very strong flavour (especially if nauseous with pregnancy)
Love these hydration powders as it means when I have 30 seconds to re-hydrate between feeds I know I’m getting some extra goodness. I had the blood orange flavour which is great and thought I’d like this more but it’s a bit too sweet for me. Highly recommend if your tastes are a little sweeter otherwise the coconut blood orange blend is your best bet.
More affordable than some powders however I do find that it does have a slightly powdery taste to it so make sure to use a little less than the scoop's worth to avoid that. Otherwise it's great for hydration and the flavour is yummy
