The patented Supacore Coretech pregnancy support short uses the leading medical grade compression to help alleviate lower back pain, discomfort and pelvic instability associated with pregnancy. The seamless stretch fabric adapts to the growing baby for extra comfort whilst anti-chafing technology avoids painful thigh irritation, especially during warmer months. As your body grows and your spine takes more impact, these help to reduce lower back pain by increasing pelvic/back support. They are also excellent for bolstering related pelvic floor dysfunction (SPFD).

Comfy Shorts During Pregnancy and Postpartum

I bought these shorts when I was around 20 weeks pregnant and they have been very comfortable while providing support. I was able to stay active until week 39 -when I had my baby - with no problems. I wore them when going for walks and playing with my toddler outside, but also to get cleaning and light renovating done around the house. After my c-section they were easy to put on and provided me with some support in the first few days, before I moved on to recovery shorts.
