You can use this pack warmed up before perineal massage or during labour on the perineum to reduce risk of tears during pushing. Afterwards, if you’ve given birth vaginally, the strip is best used cold on your perineum, working like ice therapy. Simply slip into the one of the bamboo covers and into your underwear and onto that uncomfortable area. It will feel really good, trust us, and reduce swelling, discomfort and aid recovery from birth. 

If you’ve had a Caesarean, it can be placed on your scar to ease any pain or discomfort.
