The following Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, any other terms and conditions and policies which you may find throughout our Site (such as our Returns & Exchanges Policy) in connection with certain functionality, features or promotions, and any other laws or regulations which apply to the Site, collectively govern usage of the Site, our related websites, and the products and services provided therein (collectively "Terms and Conditions").

By accessing or using the Site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

You may be accessing the Site from a computer or mobile device and these Terms of Use govern your use of the Site, regardless of the means of access.

 

CURRENCY AND PRICING

Prices shown on the Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change effective immediately upon posting to the Site or other form of notification.

 

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER BOOKING

Once you have made your choice and your order or booking has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order or booking. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order or booking, just a confirmation that we have received it.

Acceptance of your order or booking, and completion of the contract between you and the memo will be completed when we (or our authorised agents) email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched and have been handed over to the designated carrier. Completion of orders is subject to availability of the goods and/or services. The contract for the supply of goods or provision of services (as the context permits) is concluded in Victoria, Australia.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that the item ordered is out of stock, the services are unavailable or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out, or otherwise contemplated, within the Terms and Conditions.

the memo reserves the right to refuse to process or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

the memo reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item, or restrict the number of items being shipped to any one customer or postal address.

 

PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

Please choose carefully as personalised items cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit, unless faulty. For faulty items, we will offer either an exchange or refund. Personalised Products are not available for Click & Collect.

 

INTENDED USE

By placing an order or making a booking with the memo you agree to use the products or services only for their intended purpose. If you use the products or services for any other purpose you will assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of this use.

 

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products and services on the Site, however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product or service descriptions, colours, ingredients, information or other content available on or via the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, available or error-free.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

the memo offers free Standard delivery (2-5 days) on orders over $199*, excluding Bulky Goods (Cots, Mattresses, Bassinets, Nursery Furniture, Rugs,  Harlow & Co Play Mats, Prams, Strollers, Car Seats & Snoo Smart Sleeper).  For orders that include a Bulky Good shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.  For orders under $199*, the flat-rate starts from $9.95.  Express Shipping (1-2 days)  Flat-rate from $14.95. Express delivery calculated at checkout.

Online Exclusives:

This item will not be sent from The Memo, but instead it will come direct from the distributor. Please allow 48 business hours for your order to be dispatched.

 

OFFER CODES 

Your offer code is valid for one transaction only on orders within Australia. Codes are valid only for the period specified and will end at 11.59pm AEST on the end date. GIFT CARDS

The Memo Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Gift Cards are valid at thememo.com.au and in The Memo boutiques. Gift Cards cannot be used at The Memo Sample Sales. Promotional codes cannot be applied to the purchase of a Gift Card. Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, including instances where the incorrect email address has been supplied by the purchaser. Gift Cards are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and no change is given. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases. For all Gift Card purchase returns, a replacement Gift Card will be issued with the balance of the Gift Card return amount.
