HOW TO USE

After showering, apply your preferred topical skincare product to the C-section area. Using the amethyst end, gently massage the area in up-and-down and back-and-forth motions to cover the scar in a cross-hatch pattern. Once the scar is at least three months old, you can incorporate the stainless steel end for deeper massage, following the same cross-hatch technique. Massage for up to 5 minutes daily, gradually increasing pressure as comfortable. For older scars (2 years+), massage for 10–15 minutes, two to three times per week.
