Do I need it?

How do I like to sleep?

The absolute best pregnancy pillow

I wish I’d had this for my first pregnancy - sleeping has been so much more comfortable this pregnancy since finding this pillow. I am a side sleeper - I personally don’t use the long part of the pillow, just the butterfly part and use a regular pillow between my legs. The butterfly part gives great support for belly and lower back. Also, as I got later in my pregnancy and sciatica and hip pain got bad through the night from lying on my side, I would wedge the butterfly right up under my lower back on one side and almost lay half on my back, but with a safe angle for late pregnancy. I’ve tried heaps of other pillows including body, big u shape, all sorts but this was by far the best. Highly recommend this pillow, you won’t regret it!

Can’t sleep without it

I LOVE my pillow! I actually can’t sleep without it. Haven’t used it for nursing yet, but for sleep I like how you can change the configurations, to suit yourself.

Being that it’s memory foam it does start out a little hard and it takes quite a few weeks to soften and mould to your body, but it is a fabulous pillow!
