Supportive and stretchy to move with your body as it changes, these microfibre and elastane recovery briefs are breathable and moisture-wicking to help keep you dry.

Simply slide the Bare Mum postpartum briefs warm and cool insert* into the front opening and place it over the C-section site, or slide it down into the perineal area. The widened gusset keeps everything comfortably in place. Mesh-free and latex-free, these briefs have a soft, seamless design and are machine washable.

Many mums find them handy for easing pelvic or lower back aches, swelling, haemorrhoids, vulvar varicosities, mild prolapse symptoms and period discomfort. Simply wear, wash, repeat.

Wear with the Bare Mum Warm & Cool Insert by sliding it into the front opening to rest over your C-section site, or down through the widened gusset to sit over the perineal area.
