- Children aged 9–13 years: 7.5g daily mixed with 250ml water, providing 241mg magnesium and 201mg calcium

HOW TO USE

Start by mixing the recommended serving with a small amount of water or juice to create a smooth paste. Gradually add the remaining liquid and stir until combined.
