WHY IT'S GREAT

Iron support is about more than simply taking more iron. This thoughtfully formulated supplement combines 24mg of Ferrochel® iron bisglycinate with 200mg grass-fed Australian bovine lactoferrin, Kakadu Plum and activated cofactors including B12, folate and copper to support the whole iron pathway. The highly bioavailable iron is designed to be gentler on the gut than conventional iron salts, while Kakadu Plum provides a whole-food source of vitamin C to support iron absorption. Clinician-formulated, TGA-listed, third-party tested and made in Australia to GMP standards, it can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding when taken as directed. HOW TO USE

Take 1 capsule daily with food. For higher iron needs, such as very low ferritin, late pregnancy or a heavy training load, 2 capsules daily may be taken separately as advised by your healthcare provider. Separate from tea, coffee and high-dose calcium supplements by 2–3 hours. Consistency is important, with iron levels potentially taking 8–12 weeks to measurably improve.
