The product page will show if your chosen item is eligible for Click & Collect. If all items in your cart are available for Click & Collect, select 'Pick up from Armadale Boutique' in the shipping method section of checkout. Please note, all orders, including Click & Collect, require shipping details to be added.

Once our store team have confirmed your Click & Collect order, you will receive a confirmation email. In that email will be a link to book a curbside pickup. Choose your preferred pick up day and time, and include some information for us to identify your vehicle.

An email will be send to you with the number to call when you arrive and park for your curbside pickup.

2 weeks. Your Click and Collect order will sit ready for you for two weeks after the purchase date. If you’re unable to collect by then, please contact our team, otherwise, it will be cancelled and your order will be refunded.

Yes. Just forward them your Ready for Collection message to show the team in store.

We aim to always be in stock of our edit, but from time to time there may be a slight discrepancy. However, if an item in your order cannot be fulfilled, you will receive a message confirming the items that are ready, and an automatic refund will be processed.

Your Click and Collect order will be ready in 2 business hours. Our opening times are listed below. Please note store opening times may change due to public holidays.

If your postcode is eligible for 3 Hour Delivery, the option will appear at checkout with a delivery price based on your location.

Signature required upon delivery, ensure you are available to accept.

For orders placed after the cut off time, your delivery will be scheduled for the next day from 10am onwards (excluding public holidays).

You will be sent a message once the team have picked your order and another once the order is with the courier and on its way to you.

If your order was placed before the cut-off time of 1pm, your order will be picked up for delivery the same day. If your order was placed after 1pm, it will be picked up from 10am the next day for delivery within 3 hours.

3hr Courier Delivery is offered when a Memo store near you has stock available. 

If you cannot see the 3hr Courier delivery option, your item may not be in store and therefore can’t be dispatched to you. If your address is further than 50km from a Memo store, 3hr Courier Delivery isn’t currently available to you.

3hr Courier delivery is collected from the closest Memo store to you with stock. If 3hr Courier Delivery is not available, the item is not in stock in store and not available for 3hr delivery. 

If Delivery is available and not 3hr courier delivery, the stock is available to be delivered from our warehouse, via standard or express (if applicable) delivery.
