Juno comes with a 24 Month Warranty as standard. To receive a lifetime warranty, customers are required to complete the Babybee registration form within 3 months of receiving your pram. The standard 24-month warranty commences from the date the item(s) is shipped.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery

Australia-wide delivery is offered at a flat rate of $20, remote locations from $30. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

As this is a bulky item, delivery can only be made to a physical address. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Returns

Your Babybee pram comes with a 9 month return guarantee from purchase date, granted the product is in its original condition with all packaging intact (some exclusions apply). Stores won't be able to process Babybee prams refunds, so for returns queries, please contact our Customer Experience Team at hello@thememo.com.au.
