Made to assist in easing the discomfort and pain of establishing breastfeeding, these packs can be used frozen to calm engorgement and inflammation, or heated to aid lactation and promote flow.
Have these ready to help in the first few days after birth when your milk comes in, and swelling with it. Use throughout your breastfeeding journey; frozen when boobs feel tender or heated to help open the milk ducts before feeding, or while pumping (that’s why there’s a split). Place in fabric slip before use for extra comfort.
