Place the collector over your nipple, inside your bra and press to your breast to create a seal with light suction. Wear between feeds to catch leakage or on the other side while you breastfeed to catch letdown. Carefully remove the catchy from your bra and pour into a bottle for a top-up feed or store for later.
For milk storage, always follow the guidelines from the Australian Breastfeeding Association.

"Sadly, these simply did not work for me. Not a single drop, instead I use the handheld let down catcher and will get 30-50ml each side. Tried these multiple times. Shame as they weren’t cheap. Have even reached out to the Memo team to see if they can help, given my disappointment with these products."
