Lifesaver postpartum
"Used these constantly as my milk was coming in postpartum. Made life so much easier and less painful"

No, you don't have to put frozen cabbage leaves down your top, these are a much better (less smelly) option. Made to assist in easing the discomfort and pain of establishing breastfeeding, these packs can be used frozen to calm engorgement and inflammation, or heated to aid lactation and promote flow.
Have these ready to help in the first few days after birth when your milk comes in, and swelling with it. Use throughout your breastfeeding journey; frozen when boobs feel tender or heated to help open the milk ducts before feeding, or while pumping (that’s why there’s a split). Place in fabric slip before use for extra comfort.
HEAT THERAPY INSTRUCTIONS
Place one gel pad in the microwave for the time indicated below. Heat one pad at a time. Do not microwave for more than 10 seconds in total. Always test temperature with your hand prior to use. Run fingertips over gel pad to disperse any hot spots and ensure even distribution of gel within the pad. Use for a maximum period of 15 minutes.
1000 watts: 10 seconds
COLD THERAPY INSTRUCTIONS
Freeze for 2 hours or submerge in icy water until desired temperature is reached. Use for a maximum period of 15 minutes.

Maximum milk. Minimal pain.
*Pre-feed*
STEP 1: If needed, place The Invisibles on one nipple, and Lots of Letdown Silicone Suction Breast Pump on the other. If you want to promote your flow, add warmed Booby Soothers Contoured Ice and Heat Pack around the pump (that’s why there’s a hole).
STEP 2: Switch sides, and repeat step 2.
*Post-feed*
STEP 3: Pour any milk collected in the pump into a Store and Pour Breastmilk Storage Bag, and put in the fridge or freezer.
STEP 4: Place Nip Magic Silver Nursing Cups onto your nipples and Leakproofer Breast Pads over the top and voila! ‘Til next time.

"The shape and flexibility of these gel packs are what make them great - they can also tuck into your bra so you can go hands-free whilst using them. I have used these both as a cold pack (frozen) and as a heat pack. . I didn't use them in the first 2-3 weeks, but in weeks 4 and 5, they saved me from swelling and painful lumps, so I don't regret buying these!"
— Martine (5/5)
"Great as a cold pack for reducing inflammation and as a hot pack for encouraging letdown."

"A must buy for postpartum. Easy to use and place in singlet or bra."
