WHY IT'S GREAT

Christmas looks a little different around the world, and this charming picture book helps children discover just how special those differences can be. When Koala writes a letter to his cousin Olavi, who lives next door to Santa Claus, their cheerful exchange introduces young readers to the contrast between a sun-soaked Australian Christmas and a snow-covered Northern Hemisphere celebration. Featuring a lovable koala, a mischievous cockatoo and gentle humour, it opens up conversations about family, friendship, geography and seasonal traditions. With simple sentences and engaging illustrations, it also supports early reading confidence, making it a thoughtful addition to your family's Christmas reading collection or a festive gift for little book lovers.
