HOW TO USE

Suggested Use:

Adults: Take three capsules daily with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

3 Hour Delivery: 3-hour courier orders are fulfilled from 9am. Order by 1pm for delivery within 3 hours. Orders after 1pm delivered from 10am the following day. Rates from $15, calculated at checkout. Available to metro addresses within a 50km radius of a The Memo Boutique.
