Mere Botanicals Organic Raspberry Leaf Tea is a beautiful and natural way to support a healthy pregnancy and strengthen and tone the uterus in preparation for childbirth. Raspberry Leaf is known to support and strengthen uterine health post birth, and can be enjoyed as a daily ritual from 32 weeks. Simply place one teaspoon of the dried herb tea into an infuser, tea pot or plunger, add a cup of freshly boiled water and leave for 5-10 minutes before straining and drinking.

Ingredients are Organic Raspberry loose leaf tea (Rubus idaeus) (Non-Irradiated). It is organic, caffeine free, gluten and dairy free, vegan. No GMO.
