HOW TO USE

After toilet use, shake well, hold the bottle approximately 15 cm from the perineal area, and mist 2–3 times, especially when seated. For extra comfort, store in the fridge. If using frozen pads or padsicles, spray onto pad before freezing. Do not apply directly to c-section incision until cleared by your care provider. Discontinue if irritation occurs.
