Safety Made with postpartum bodies in mind, these bath salts are safe for use in pregnancy and after birth.

Key Ingredients Witch Hazel:
A natural antiseptic with anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties. Studies show that topically-applied witch hazel can effectively reduce inflammation and help soothe skin.

Magnesium Chloride:
When applied topically is used to help relieve muscle soreness without affecting your magnesium levels.
