HOW TO USE

Once your hospital dressings have been removed and you’re given the OK, remove the backing and apply strip directly to your clean, dry scar. You can cut each strip to the size that best suits you. Start by wearing 2-4 hours a day, gradually increasing to 24 hours for best results. Each strip can be cleaned and reused for up to 14 days (therefore each pack gives you 28 days of treatment), simply clean with warm water and dry before reapplying.

For new scars, continue treatment for 8 weeks. For scars older than 12 months, continue treatment for 3 to 6 weeks for best results.

"I got these a week after my c section and have been wearing them ever since. I know some people on here said they cut them in half buy honestly i like having it cover more space. I feel like the padding gives you a little more support, and im not worried if i knock it. Also they wash and reuse really well too. Its too early to see if they fade scars. But ive used similar ones on other areas and they worked fantastic. It depends on your skin and how well your body responds to healing of scars in general."

Not essential for all but good to have

"I am planning for a natural birth, however due to prior hip dysplasia surgery there is a high chance I may need an unplanned c section. even though I may not use these they are good to have just in case. I dont want any stress in the hospital and preparation is key!"
