The ONE Express Cups by Youha are silicone attachments that work with your existing breast pump to express milk more comfortably and conveniently. With a traditional breast pump, your device will attach to a bottle and shield that sits over the entire nipple. To express, you have to hold these components in place. Youha’s The One Express Cups are the next innovation of pumping, doing away with bottles (that hang and require a whole new bra situation), and instead, connecting directly to your pump's tubing, sitting comfortably and snuggly inside your bra. Simply attach directly to your pump, put inside your bra, and move more freely, discreetly and comfortably when pumping, hands free. The cups hold more milk than a traditional expressing bottle, up to 240ml on each side (heaps!).

Youha recommends expressing in the upright position as this is the best way to extract milk.

Specifications

Size: The Express Cups comes in two size options 24 and 28. Each size comes with an extra convertor in the box offering the ability to size down if needed.

How to measure: Stimilate your nipples so that it stands up and measure the width (diameter) of the nipple base (done include the areola). If you measure 23mm or smaller, you'll be a size 24. If around 24 - 27mm, choose size 28.

So much easier

So easy to use compared to standard pump set up. I bought as I returned to work to replace standard spectra pump flanges etc works really well with the S2 and had made fitting pumping into my work day so much easier than dealing with pumping bras and extra bottles. Also just feels less mechanical! The volume is great and U was able to reuse the spectra flange adapter's (17 and 19mm) that I already had.

Reduced suction and terrible pour

I bought these cups to use with my Pumpables Genie Advanced. I don’t believe this pump was listed as a compatible pump however I use spectra flanges and tubing with it so figured the cups would be compatible. The tubing adapters aren’t a great fit with the spectra tubing so I feel that the pump’s suction is reduced as my output is much less with these cups. I also find that the cups are terrible to pour from. I’m constantly getting spillage which is super frustrating. I guess they are ok to use when you really need to be mobile however I will rarely use them. On the plus side, the tubing adapters work great with the cups from my Momcozy S12 Pro so I can now use them with the Pumpables pump.
