The ONE Express Cups by Youha are silicone attachments that work with your existing breast pump to express milk more comfortably and conveniently. With a traditional breast pump, your device will attach to a bottle and shield that sits over the entire nipple. To express, you have to hold these components in place. Youha’s The One Express Cups are the next innovation of pumping, doing away with bottles (that hang and require a whole new bra situation), and instead, connecting directly to your pump's tubing, sitting comfortably and snuggly inside your bra. Simply attach directly to your pump, put inside your bra, and move more freely, discreetly and comfortably when pumping, hands free. The cups hold more milk than a traditional expressing bottle, up to 240ml on each side (heaps!).

Size:  The Express Cups comes in two size options 24 and 28. Each size comes with an extra convertor in the box offering the ability to size down if needed. 

How to measure: Stimilate your nipples so that it stands up and measure the width (diameter) of the nipple base (done include the areola). If you measure 23mm or smaller, you'll be a size 24. If around 24 - 27mm, choose size 28.
