Pregnancy, childbirth and feeding comes with so many changes to your body, and we’re all about helping you make this transition in ease and comfort, while still supporting you to feel like you. That is, stylish, confident, powerful. That’s why we love the Hotmilk Nursing/ Maternity Bras that are all kinds of sexy soft lace, supportive and adjustable in every way. The Warrior Plunge Nursing Bra comes with the security and comfort you need: think magnetic nursing clips that twist to open, six hook and eye fastenings for extending band size and side sling nursing support. As well as the style you want (and deserve). The gorgeous plunge design has a contour foam cup and flexi wire support for lift and shape, black lace over a 3/4 black contour cup and rose gold hardware. You might be wearing the same loungewear for three days straight and can’t remember the last time you washed your hair, but count on your Hotmilk Warrior Plunge Nursing Bra to help you feel just a little bit more like you. A beautiful bra to wear once you’ve settled into feeding and need the reassurance of complete support as you head out and about. Because it’s a flexi-wire bra, it’s not the bra you will live in those first new weeks of your newborn’s life. For something softer, head to Juem.
Regular bras do not allow room for your diaphragm to expand during pregnancy. We recommend you change to a nursing bra as soon as you feel that your bust is changing during your pregnancy. All Hotmilk nursing bras can be worn while pregnant, but also have drop-down clips for breastfeeding. They have six rows of hooks and eyes for back adjustment (regular bras have three) so they can be worn while pregnant and grow with you, and then post-pregnancy you can move it back in again. When it comes to finding the best fitting bra, every woman is different. It is not uncommon for a woman to go up 2-3 band sizes and 2-3 cup sizes in pregnancy. For early pregnancy, it's good to go up in both. When you are closer to birth, you won't need to increase the band any further, but we do suggest going up one more cup size to allow for when the milk comes in. The extra hooks and eyes of the Hotmilk bras cater perfectly for the growth through pregnancy and post birth, so you don't go too big in the band. The band of the Warrior Plunge is slightly firmer than other styles and the cup is half a size smaller if you are fuller in the top of bust. The sizing also runs small, so go up a size when finding your fit.
