ESSENTIAL

Such an amazing book! Whilst I have the knowledge to look after other women, couples and their babies, I was surprised you’re difficult it was to apply that knowledge when it was me and my own baby. Dr Golly’s book is incredibly well written and very approachable. It’s well organised, making it easy to find the information you need when you need it. We both read it start to finish when our son was born but felt ourselves referring back to it constantly during his first month. The reassurance and guidance this book gave me felt like I had Dr Golly on call whenever I had a question or problem. I cannot recommend this book highly enough.

Loved it

Unlike a lot of parenting and baby books on the market this one doesn’t over complicate or overwhelm you! Super easy read and a great reference point to come back! As a first time mum I spent a lot of time reading before the baby came and by far this was my favourite.

Must read for parents!

As a new parent I’ve found this book so helpful! So much great advice throughout the pages of this book. It’s a quick and easy read for anyone who isn’t a big reader. Highly recommend for any parent, even if just for Dr Gollys burping method- absolutely incredible!
