HOW TO USE

Simply mix one sachet into your baby’s food. One sachet per day, it’s that easy.
How to introduce a new allergen?
Introduce one allergen at a time to easily identify any reactions. Start with a small quantity, mixed into a food your baby has already tolerated, for example: an AllerStart sachet + Le Puree First Bites Purée cube. Serve in a safe, age-appropriate form (e.g. powdered). Reactions typically occur within 20 minutes to 2 hours. If no reaction is observed, tick off that exposure on the included tracker. Each allergen should be trialled at least 3 times. If tolerated after 3 exposures, the risk of a future allergic reaction is considered very low.
