Especially helpful for the fourth trimester and a must for everyone's hospital bag. Whether you birth via cesarean or vaginally, you’ll no doubt experience bleeding after birth called lochia. For the first few days it’s like a heavy period and then will reduce, typically lasting for four to six weeks. These disposable undies are great for accidents, leaks, and unexpected bodily functions after birth.

You may not have the time to do another load of washing/ soaking with a newborn, so these are very helpful. They're also perfect for C-section and vaginal birth as they are high waisted and won't irritate c section wounds.

A must have!

I didn’t think I would really need these as I had bought some cheap underwear I could just throw away but these have been an absolute lifesaver. After I ended up having an emergency c section these disposable underwear were great with no leakage and you could just rip the sides to take them off which was great with limited mobility! Make sure you have these for postpartum.
