HOW TO USE

Take 2 capsules daily after food.
If preferred, take 1 capsule after breakfast and 1 capsule after lunch.
Allow 30–60 minutes between taking Natal Support and consuming coffee.
Capsules can be opened and mixed into a smoothie, juice or coconut water if needed.
