Ingredients Calcified lithothamnion species (algae) 1.0728 g (≈333 mg calcium, 22.9 mg magnesium). Vitamin D3 (colecalciferol) 333 IU (8.3 µg). Magnesium oxide (Phytomin Mg) 44.952 mg (≈27.1 mg magnesium). Potassium chloride 33.073 mg (≈17 mg potassium). Vitamin K2 (menaquinone‑7) 40 µg.

Form Vegan mini tablets

Supply 20–30 day supply at 2–3 tablets/day

Safety Contains soy and ~17 mg potassium per tablet. Do not use if seal is broken or missing. Consult doctor if taking medications (e.g. for blood pressure, heart conditions) or if pregnant (particularly first trimester) or breastfeeding. Not a substitute for a balanced diet.

HOW TO USE

Take 1 tablet 2–3 times daily with a main meal, or follow a healthcare professional’s advice.
